Course Objective

The objective of the Fellowship in Clinical Cardiology is to provide postgraduate training in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The program is designed to develop cardiologists who have a strong knowledge base in the basic medical sciences, clinical care of cardiovascular patients, and the principles of research. Fellows will be expected to acquire proficiency in the evaluation and management of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, to participate in the teaching of medical students and residents and to carry out research in an area of cardiology.
